I may either close down Brick Junkies or transfer it to someone else who can maintain it better than I can.
A big reason is that I don't have the time due to other projects or the financial means to support the community. This includes investing in the site as well as buying new sets to construct and review.
The site should be around for a little while longer and then it may just vanish unless it gets acquired by a third-party. I hate to see it go because I thought it would be great fun, unfortunately priorities change and there are already some other really great communities out there.
